At IssacGoldman, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Return Window

We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition in which you received it.

  • It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at theperson021243@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

8. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at theperson021243@outlook.com.
